      "content": "\n<li>5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or engineering management role with direct reports.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in modern frameworks and languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, or Django.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to be at least 50% hands-on — writing, reviewing, and debugging production code — while also managing a team and driving technical strategy.</li>\n<li>Experience owning a domain or service end-to-end: architecture decisions, roadmap planning, and delivery.</li>\n<li>Strong track record of mentoring engineers and improving team productivity and code quality.</li>\n<li>Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and decisions must be made with incomplete information.</li>\n"
