What You’ll Do
Lead, hire, train, and develop Family Support Specialists who are the heart of TEAM’s family engagement work
Oversee the development of individualized family partnerships and ensure meaningful goal-setting and consistent follow-up for every family
Provide guidance and expertise to staff on social services, case management, and family support best practices
Collaborate with Education, Health, and Behavioral Health coordinators to ensure holistic service delivery
Oversee child and family data, reporting, and tracking systems to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Champion parent involvement and plan family events that reflect community interests and build genuine connection
