    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Dispatcher is responsible for all aspects of the communications/PBX equipment operation, any situations directly related to communications/PBX, radio dispatch to maintenance and/or security and/or building services.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM EDUCATION</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>High school diploma or GED; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Two years dispatcher/PBX experience in a medical or emergency environment preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>None</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Computer knowledge with working knowledge of software programs, Word, Access, and Basic PC.  Strong communication skills, clear speaking with PBX, dispatching experience.  Typing minimum 35 words per minute.
