    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>About The Role</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height:normal;tab-stops:right .5in;\"><span>To provide retail-financing support for Trail King Industries, Inc. (TKI) customers and dealers along with other commercial financing opportunities. The position must demonstrate communication, knowledge and leadership in various phases of finance, sales, and marketing, and will collaborate with others with in TKI.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:square;padding-left:24px;\"><li><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;\">Work with district sales managers (DSM’s) in their territory/region to support sales of TKI products by arranging financing for customers.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;\">Build and maintain relationships with an existing book of business while cultivating new opportunities within the current channels.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;\">Cultivate new customers/lender opportunities for the growth of the program.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;\">G</span>enerate and maximize fee income based on goals set each year.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;\">Generate a minimum of one million dollars in fundings per month through previous financed relationships and management of the TKI territory assigned.</span></span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin:12.0pt 0in 0in;\"><span><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height:normal;tab-stops:right .5in;\"><span>Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Finance with minimum of ten years’ experience in financing, credit, and sale/marketing support preferred. Must possess the ability to develop, implement and communicate company goals and philosophies. Demonstrated history of being an initiative-taker and communicate well orally and in written format.
