This evergreen posting is ideal if you’re already licensed in Florida <strong>or</strong> you’re actively pursuing licensing and want time to complete the process so you’re ready when assignments open. <strong>This position requires a Class C License, or eligibility to obtain Class C License (2 years of investigative experience, or 1 year of investigative experience with a Criminal Justice degree.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>At this time, CoventBridge is not considering candidates who require visa sponsorship, currently or in the future, including but not limited to H-1B, H-2B, E-3, TN, O-1, F-1 (OPT/CPT, or J-1 Visa Statuses.)</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities/ Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Private Field Surveillance Investigator, you’ll conduct discreet, vehicle-based surveillance to help uncover insurance fraud and deliver trusted results to our clients. Your work will include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Case prep & research</strong> using social media and database tools to build a smart plan before you roll</li>\n <li><strong>Mobile and stationary surveillance</strong> while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and safety</li>\n <li><strong>High-quality video documentation</strong> that captures key activity clearly and consistently</li>\n <li><strong>Daily reporting and evidence submission</strong> (upload video and written reports from your personal laptop)</li>\n <li><strong>Communication with your field leadership</strong> for support, guidance, and case direction</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Active Florida Class C License</strong> (preferred) <em>or</em> <strong>in the process of completing</strong> and obtaining an active Florida Class C License</li>\n <li>Prior surveillance / field investigations experience strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Comfortable working independently, being on the road, and adapting quickly to changing case activity</li>\n <li>Solid writing skills for clear, court-ready reporting</li>\n <li>Tech-ready: able to upload video, submit reports, and follow digital case instructions reliably</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Apply Today</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>If you’re ready to take on surveillance assignments in Florida—<strong>now or soon</strong>—apply today. Depending on assignment, the employee may perform a combination of some or all the following duties:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Conduct Fixed and Mobile Video Surveillance:</strong> Capture high-quality video footage of subjects to assist in case investigations.</li>\n <li><strong>Gather Evidence:</strong> Obtain videotaped documentation, photos, and audio recordings as part of thorough surveillance.</li>\n <li><strong>Background and Activity Checks:</strong> Perform courthouse research, background checks, and monitor subject activities to build robust case reports.</li>\n <li><strong>Investigative Reporting:</strong> Draft clear, concise, and detailed investigative reports summarizing findings and evidence.</li>\n <li><strong>Evidence Management:</strong> Upload all video, photographic, and audio evidence into the case management system in a timely and organized manner.</li>\n <li><strong>Drive Safely and Responsibly:</strong> Remain alert and practice safe driving while traveling to and from investigation sites.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Most surveillance cases start at 6:00AM.
