    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations of a 2 person maintenance team at a 120-unit apartment complex, located in Denton, TX &ndash; Country Park</p><p>This is a fast-paced position, and a successful applicant will exhibit excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge in residential housing repairs, including HVAC.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>Duties include performing various maintenance repairs in electrical, plumbing, pool, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, and appliances</p><p>Manage the maintenance team as a &ldquo;Working Hands on Supervisor&rdquo;</p><p>Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs and special projects as required</p><p>Lead maintenance department in order to manage competing priorities and deadlines</p><p>Partner with the Community Manager so you can together operate the entire community.</p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p>3 years of multifamily housing maintenance experience and knowledge in repairs, plumbing, carpentry, building exteriors, appliance installations, etc.</p><p>EPA Universal or Type II, required</p><p>CPO, preferred</p><p>Ability to work on-call, evenings and weekends</p><p>Valid driver&rsquo;s license, required</p><p>Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test</p><p><strong>COMPENSATION:</strong></p><p>$27 to $29 Hr./As experience dictates</p><p>Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities</p><p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p><p>Medical, dental and vision benefits packages, company paid life insurance and 401(k)</p><p>Paid holidays and vacation time</p><p>Rent discount options (eligibility requirements may apply)</p></div>\n",
