This position works closely with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services.<br><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>1. Assist in achieving territory goals related to patient referrals and service delivery.</p><p>2. Support sales and service activities by maintaining relationships with clinics, physicians, and other referral sources.</p><p>3. Help coordinate services and follow up with accounts to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.</p><p>4. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and in-services to stay informed and improve performance.</p><p>5. Communicate effectively with internal teams to support customer service and referral processes.</p><p>6. Complete administrative tasks such as call logs, expense reports, and other documentation in a timely manner.</p><p>7.
