    "description": "<p>Hunt Electric, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT, is searching for a full-time Experienced Recruiter to join our team within the Human Resources Department. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, confident, high-energy, goal-oriented, dependable, and has a background in construction recruiting. Outside sales experience is a plus with generating candidates.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Experienced Recruiter will provide day-to-day support to the HR Manager, Department, and Division Managers for Recruiting needs.  This position requires self-motivation and self-management of work with strong interpersonal skills to meet with users in face-to-face and virtual environments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Major Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into Hunt Electric employees.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain job postings on various online platforms and social media channels.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Focus on recruiting and hiring highly qualified electrical tradesman.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement qualified lead strategies from a variety of sources.</li>\n<li>Create a talent and referral pipeline to reach hiring targets.</li>\n<li>Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.</li>\n<li>Assist in creating and implementing new and creative ways to increase and promote employee referrals.</li>\n<li>Utilize our ATS to build a talent database, screen candidates’ resumes and job applications and coordinate interviews.</li>\n<li>Assist and attend job fairs for various departments</li>\n<li>Participate in community clubs and organizations to promote Hunt Electric.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with our HR and recruiting departments.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence.<br></li>\n<li>Creative, out of the box thinking.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, goal-oriented mindset for continual growth, with a “Can-Do” positive attitude.</li>\n<li>Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years outside sales or recruiting experience.</li>\n<li>Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling candidates.</li>\n<li>Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of working for Hunt Electric.</li>\n<li>Experience in generating leads via phone or face-to-face interactions.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction.</li>\n<li>Physical endurance, as this position may need to be on their feet for long hours and spend a lot of time traveling between locations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office 360.</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Problem assessment and problem-solving.</li>\n<li>Customer service oriented.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work professionally with a variety of individuals as part of a team at all levels.</li>\n<li>Possess high levels of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm, and be eager to learn.</li>\n<li>Experience in construction, customer service, or a call center is a plus.</li>\n<li>Bilingual is a plus. </li>\n<li>Clean driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a full-time Experienced Recruiter you would also be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid personal time (PTO).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Hunt Electric, Inc.</span></p>\n<p>Hunt Electric, Inc. is a full-service electrical, technology, and infrastructure contractor with wide-reaching services available to all types of markets.
