The QA/QC Manager will work closely with the project team to resolve quality issues to the satisfaction of the client.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Location:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greater Sacramento/Central Valley</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Looking for Experience in following:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>OSHPD-1/HCAI</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the development of the site-specific quality management plan (SSQMP) with support from the project management team</li>\n<li>Establish and document quality control procedures</li>\n<li>Initiate pre-installation meetings with subcontractors and project team members</li>\n<li>Facilitate communication with subcontractors</li>\n<li>Oversee subcontractors and work with site superintendent to verify that material deliveries comply with contract documents and approved submittals</li>\n<li>Conduct and document daily project inspections</li>\n<li>Monitor subcontractor compliance with the site-specific quality management plan (SSQMP)</li>\n<li>Manage material ID inspections</li>\n<li>Quality control all subcontractor inspections prior to scheduling</li>\n<li>Manage plan/constructability review to reduce quality and inspection</li>\n<li>Collaborate with project team to align specifications and submittals</li>\n<li>Own all aspects of quality control and documentation to ensure customer specifications are met to a code compliant build</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.</li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5-7 years on healthcare commercial projects</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Relevant quality control certifications such as CQM, ICC, and/or OSHPD Class A or B.</span><br></li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Procore, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam or Adobe.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full Time / Salary Range:</span> $125k-$200k depending on experience</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>100% Health insurance for Employee</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match</li>\n<li>Dental / Vision insurance</li>\n<li>Paid time off</li>\n<li>Sick Days</li>\n<li>Wellness Days</li>\n<li>Paid Holidays</li>\n<li>Annual Bonus based on company success</li>\n<li>Company sponsored events in the community</li>\n<li>Recruiting Bonuses</li>\n<li>Company Credit Card </li>\n<li>Phone Allowance</li>\n<li>Annual Christmas Party with Hotel</li>\n<li>Use of SBJ Kings Suite - Light the Beam!</li>\n</ul>",
