The role highlights a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional quality and results on every project.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducts and documents project meetings with clients. </li>\n <li>Prepares and monitors project schedules.</li>\n <li>Performs periodic construction observation and inspection. </li>\n <li>Possesses basic surveying interpretation skills. </li>\n <li>Prepares reports and correspondence. </li>\n <li>Prepares and checks quantities for measurement and payment </li>\n <li>purposes. </li>\n <li>Prepares construction payment applications.</li>\n <li>Negotiates and prepares construction change orders.</li>\n <li>Reviews submittals and other technical data. </li>\n <li>Proficient with construction management software for document </li>\n <li>management and scheduling. </li>\n <li>Performs constructability reviews and value engineering studies. </li>\n <li>Assists with Risk Management assessments. </li>\n <li>Prepares and monitors Quality Control and Assurance Plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<strong>What you will bring to our firm: </strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.</li>\n <li>Professional Engineering License. </li>\n <li>7+ years’ experience.</li>\n <li>IDOT Documentation Certification, required.</li>\n <li>Experience with Primavera P6 preferred.</li>\n <li>10-hour OSHA Safety course.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).</li>\n <li>Good oral and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must possess a driver’s license to fulfill the essential functions of the position.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Compensation:</strong>The salary range for this role is $98,000 - $140,000.
