Description

The Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading complex engineering product development programs across EPC Power’s inverter and power electronics portfolio. This role focuses specifically on new product development and major product enhancements, not construction or EPC-style project execution. The Technical Program Manager will manage large, cross-functional engineering teams operating within a matrix organization, ensuring alignment across hardware, software, electrical, mechanical, test, operations, and product management functions. This individual acts as the central coordination point to drive schedule execution, technical alignment, risk mitigation, and delivery readiness throughout the full product lifecycle.
