and be eligible for our Tool Reimbursement Program of up to $1,500 per calendar year</p>\n             <p style=\"margin-left:0px\">ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</p>\n             <ul>\n              <li>Under the guidance of the Service Manager and other shop technicians, assumes basic job assignments to learn the responsibilities of a Shop Crane Technician.</li>\n              <li>Helps shop techs perform inspections and repairs.&nbsp;</li>\n              <li>Inspects tools and equipment to ensure they are in working order.</li>\n              <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n             </ul>\n             <p style=\"margin-left:0px\">JOB REQUIREMENTS:</p>\n             <ul>\n              <li>High School Diploma or GED required.&nbsp; Experience as a general laborer or yard worker within the construction or heavy equipment industry preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n              <li>Must have mechanical background and related experience with electrical and hydraulics.</li>\n              <li>Must be a self-starter with the initiative to advance.&nbsp; The ability and desire to provide excellent customer service is essential.</li>\n              <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.</li>\n              <li>May be required to travel to other locations for cross-training.</li>\n             </ul>\n             <p style=\"margin-left:0px\">HEALTH &amp; SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:</p>\n             <ul>\n              <li>Perform job functions in a safe manner.</li>\n              <li>Wear all Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.) required by Company policy for the job being performed.&nbsp;</li>\n              <li>Know and follow established job specific and facility wide safety and health procedures and rules.</li>\n              <li>Actively participate in safety and health training and demonstrate competency based on training received.</li>\n              <li>Bring safety and health issues, unsafe acts, and safety suggestions to management’s attention or correct those you can.</li>\n             </ul>\n             <p style=\"margin-left:0px\">WORKING CONDITIONS:</p>\n             <p style=\"margin-left:0px\">This is a full-time position with typical working hours between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.&nbsp;
