          "text": "<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Set-up and operate: Red &amp; Brown Rubber Mill, Extruder, Molding Press, and Oil Molding Press</li><li>Reads and interprets blueprints, method sheets, process sheets, policies and procedures to manufacture a variety of rigid and flexible metal tubes.</li><li>Measures angular dimensions, radii, contours, clearances, thread lead, wall thickness, and other specifications. Performs a variety of quality tests per procedures.</li><li>Installs dies and plates on machine according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and hand-tools.</li><li>Sprays inner surface of mold with lubricant to prevent rubber from sticking.</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.</li><li>The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.</li><li>Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned as needed.</li></ul>",
