Lead, guide, and support the Human Resource team, including Compliance & Benefits Manager and Talent Acquisition Supervisor. Drive accountability, engagement, and company culture. Align HR strategy with business goals. Oversee compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration. Partner with leadership to enhance employee experience and organizational performance. Operate with autonomy and confidence, taking the initiative to solve problems before they surface. Take a genuine interest in employee experience and engagement. Use soft skills and communication to build trust across departments. Support recruiting strategies, evaluate complex background checks, and ensure hiring aligns with company standards and values. Partner with Business Manager to support payroll and billing. Ensure compliance with all labor laws, workman’s compensation claims, benefits administration (including ACA/401k), and internal HR policies. Provide timely, clear, and actionable HR updates to leadership and staff. Requirements: 3+ years of HR leadership experience Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills Self-starter with a bias toward action and results Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience SHRM certification required Experience with HRIS systems and background with payroll processing preferred What We Offer: Base Salary $80,000 Company Vehicle Full Benefit Package (health, dental, vision) 401K with Company Match Comprehensive Bonus Structure Weekly Pay Paid-Time Off Parental Leave Employee Assistance Program Why Join Us?
