This role offers the opportunity to influence security strategy, implement modern security solutions, and partner across the organization to protect critical business and operational assets.</span></p>\n<p><span>This is a hybrid position with an expectation of working on-site three days per week, subject to business needs. This role also requires occasional travel to manufacturing facilities and requires participation in after-hours support, incident response, and escalation activities as business needs arise.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Security Architecture, Engineering &amp; Protection</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Design, implement, and optimize security solutions across cloud, identity, endpoint, network, email, data, and business systems.</span></li>\n <li><span>Enhance authentication, privileged access, encryption, endpoint protection, SaaS security, and data protection capabilities.</span></li>\n <li><span>Support secure-by-design principles and security architecture standards across technology initiatives.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>AI, Manufacturing &amp; Emerging Technology Security</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Partner with IT, engineering, and manufacturing teams to secure AI, IoT, and operational technology (OT) environments.</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop and implement controls that protect enterprise data, connected devices, industrial systems, and AI-enabled business processes.</span></li>\n <li><span>Support asset discovery, network segmentation, secure remote access, and protection of critical manufacturing technologies.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Threat, Vulnerability &amp; Incident Management</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Lead risk-based vulnerability management, threat detection, threat hunting, and incident response activities.</span></li>\n <li><span>Utilize threat intelligence, attack surface visibility, and security monitoring tools to identify and reduce risk.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with internal teams and security partners to investigate threats, drive remediation, and improve security resilience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Conduct security assessments, support audits, document risk decisions, and align security practices with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.</span></li>\n <li><span>Help ensure security investments and controls align with business objectives and risk tolerance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Leadership, Innovation &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Evaluate emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and security tools that improve organizational effectiveness.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance while influencing security-minded decisions across the business.</span></li>\n <li><span>Contribute to the long-term cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Required Experience</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, security architecture, infrastructure security, cloud security, or related technical security roles.</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise security solutions in complex environments.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Manufacturing, industrial, operational technology (OT), or industrial control system (ICS) environments.</span></li>\n <li><span>AI, generative AI, and agentic AI security.</span></li>\n <li><span>IoT and IIoT security.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience supporting highly regulated or complex enterprise</span><span> organizations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Technical Expertise</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Network, endpoint, email, and cloud security technologies</span></li>\n <li><span>Identity and access management, privileged access, MFA, and conditional access</span></li>\n <li><span>SIEM platforms, threat detection, incident response, and threat hunting</span></li>\n <li><span>Vulnerability, exposure, and attack surface management</span></li>\n <li><span>Data protection, DLP, CASB, SaaS security, and secure collaboration technologies</span></li>\n <li><span>Security automation, scripting, APIs, and orchestration</span></li>\n <li><span>AI, IoT/IIoT, and OT/ICS security concepts and controls</span></li>\n <li><span>Cloud security architecture and secure integration practices</span></li>\n <li><span>Technical documentation, architecture design, and security reporting</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Certifications</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>Relevant certifications are preferred, including CISSP, CCSP, GSEC, GCIA, GCIH, GICSP, Azure Security certifications, or equivalent experience.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Successful candidates will demonstrate:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences</span></li>\n <li><span>A collaborative approach and ability to influence across teams</span></li>\n <li><span>A passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous improvement</span></li>\n <li><span>Sound judgment and a risk-based approach to decision-making</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Why you will love working here:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Health, Dental, and Vision insurance that starts on your first day!
