Our team works on the cutting-edge technology stack which processes Big Data to help our customers in making analytical and business decisions. The volume of data, flexible architecture and configurability are the interesting challenges that the Team works upon while delivering features through CI/CD. </p>\n<p><strong>As a Sr Associate Software Developer, you will: </strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Improve reliability of microservices by:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Profiling memory/CPU bottlenecks</li>\n  <li>Identifying performance issues impacting:</li>\n  <li>AZURE Cloud Engineering</li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Operate and optimize AKS services:</li>\n   <ul>\n    <li>AKS (Kubernetes), Flexiserver</li>\n   </ul>\n   <li>Implement cost optimization (compute efficiency, right-sizing, egress reduction).</li>\n  </ul>\n  <li>Open stack Cloud Engineering</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Observability & Incident Response </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Build end-to-end observability, including:</li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Metrics, logs, traces</li>\n   <li>JVM profiling (GC, heap, threads)</li>\n   <li>Open telemetry/Datadog APM for Java services</li>\n   <li>Open telemetry/Datadog Synthetics for API uptime (PMS, CRS, OTA)</li>\n  </ul>\n  <li>Configure SLO-based alerting to reduce noise and improve signal quality.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 2-5 years of working experience in SRE /Production Engineering roles.</li>\n <li>Proficient in scripting (Python/Bash/Go) or similar languages.</li>\n <li>Experience with Docker, Kubernetes</li>\n <li>Education requirement. B Tech, MCA, or equivalent</li>\n <li>Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.</li>\n <li>Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tooling around it.</li>\n <li>Strong hands-on expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Experience with Datadog for observability (APM, metrics, logs, dashboards).</li>\n <li>Knowledge of software development processes and Quality Standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
