Attendants must maintain cleanliness in banquet areas, work efficiently under changing circumstances, and adjust quickly to last-minute changes or revised layouts. The position demands strong teamwork and communication skills to support smooth event operations in coordination with other banquet staff.</p><p data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"1350\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Candidates should have the ability to read floor plans, follow instructions, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. While formal education is not required, a high school diploma or GED and prior experience in banquet setup is preferred. The role is physically demanding, requiring frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements. Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
