For more than 40 years, we&rsquo;ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Hourly Rate: $21/hour</strong></p><p><strong>Schedule Options:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Mix of 7a-3p and 1p-9p shifts. A Saturday or Sunday shift is required.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Benefits include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Comprehensive benefit package (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and more)</li><li>Tuition Assistance</li><li>Referral Bonus</li></ul><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>We are searching for<strong>&nbsp;both Part and Full Time CNA&rsquo;s&nbsp;</strong>to work<strong>&nbsp;</strong>in our residential program located in West Chester, PA.&nbsp;This position provides nursing care and facilitation services for assigned clients within each designated program location(s). The individual in this role is responsible for specific procedures and interventions for assigned clients. This position also provides services to clients which are focused on health promotion, wellness, and medical stability.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Attends to the individual needs of clients which may include assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communicating, follow-through of stable activity pattern, or other needs in keeping with the individual&rsquo;s care requirements</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Performs various tasks involving client clinical treatment as assigned, including vital signs, weights, applying creams/ointments, collecting specimens, etc.</li><li id=\"isPasted\">May support or provide direct care to clients at program locations or while on medical appointments as needed</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Lifts, moves, and transports clients, using proper body mechanics or lifting devices.</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Provides care that maintains each client&rsquo;s skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other damage by changing incontinent clients, turning, repositioning immobile clients, and applying moisturizers to fragile skin.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>A high school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course, or other education that meets state certification requirements, is required</li><li>Possesses a minimum of two years related work experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting.</li><li>Must have a valid driver&#39;s license, and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained</li><li>Ability to lift 50lbs</li></ul><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;ReMed is an equal employment opportunity employer&nbsp;</p><p>#JT</p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
