    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Yellowstone Club is paradise in Montana. &nbsp;A private residential community in Big Sky, Montana, Yellowstone Club offers its Members the world&rsquo;s only private ski and golf community. &nbsp;With fabulous skiing and snowboarding and the most gorgeous spring and summer weather to enjoy the 18-hole golf course, rivers, hiking, biking, and more, our Members love being a part of this exceptional community. &nbsp;Our employees make the Yellowstone Club experience come alive. &nbsp;If you would love being a part of the Montana charm and providing the highest level of guest service, ensuring no detail is too small to overlook, and being a part of creating experiences, then Yellowstone Club is looking for you.<p>&nbsp;</p><p>Yellowstone Club&rsquo;s Food &amp; Beverage (F&amp;B) department is currently seeking candidates for Baristas for the Winter 2026-2027 season!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities Include: &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide beverage service to Members and guests with a focus on excellence, consistency and the Member and guest experience</li><li>Take and serve orders</li><li>Know the sequence of service and follow it each time when approaching a table</li><li>Prepare smoothies, coffee and other non-alcoholic beverage orders</li><li>Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation&nbsp;</li><li>Attend to Members and guests upon entrance</li><li>Know or learn Member&rsquo;s names immediately</li><li>Present and help Members and guests select beverage options</li><li>Answer questions pertaining to beverage options</li><li>Relay and prepare beverages according to any special dietary &nbsp;restrictions and special requests</li><li>Receive and process charges to Member accounts</li><li>Work in collaboration with other teammates to meet Member and guest expectations</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized dining area and work station</li><li>Clean smoothie and coffee machines and equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership</li><li>Maintain table cleanliness and service at all times&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Position Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum 3 months of barista experience in a luxury resort or private club setting</li><li>Able to communicate effectively and speak/write English clearly/legibly</li><li>Regularly required to talk and/or hear</li><li>Frequently lift up to 30 pounds</li><li>Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items</li><li>Constantly stand/walk/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or reach with hands/arms</li><li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time</li><li>Must pass pre-employment background check, paid by employer, carried out equally among US workers &amp; H-2B workers</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The position offered is a seasonal, full-time position located in Big Sky, MT.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Yellowstone Club offers great benefits including free public transportation from Bozeman to the Club upon hire and a complimentary meal each day.
