We are searching for a Process Technician for our Kingman, AZ location. This position will report to the Production Manager.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Monitor and maintain standard cycle times and part quality&nbsp;</li><li>Be able to understand and communicate the information provided within the job packet pertaining to specification sheet, standard routing, B.O.M.’s, scrap reports and quality requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Be able to identify all resins used in molding operation including regrind and the associated usage percentage&nbsp;</li><li>Must understand and operate the operator interface ‘CRT’ screen on computer-controlled presses, including all screens required to control the process&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to establish a new process, do mold sets, Robot Programming and start a machine based upon settings in Mold Books/QR Code.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of hot runner systems, Valve Gates, and standard sprue molds&nbsp;</li><li>Trouble shoot issues on Injection Molding machines and Robots.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Management &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Fixed Schedule:</strong></p><p>All (4) shifts A, B, C, D are scheduled on a 2/2/3. This schedule gives you a 3-day weekend every other week! The schedule pattern consists of four 12-Hour shifts who work two days in a row, get two days off and then work another three days, which results in only 14 working days each month!</p><p><br></p>",
