    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>POSITION PURPOSE:</strong></p><p>Assist in the operation of the plant; working on the plant floor and in the laboratory. &nbsp;This will require basic industrial plant operator knowledge, including good mechanical aptitude as evidenced by the ability to work with and use large scale equipment in a combined research/production environment as typically found in fuel ethanol, feed mills and soy processing plants. &nbsp;Knowledge of basic analytical methods and equipment would be beneficial.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Assist in the operation of PTUSA&rsquo;s plant operations as determined by the staff of PTUSA. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to operate and understand the plant operations through the communications of a MMI (Man-Machine-Interface) operating system.&nbsp;</li><li>Sample plant streams to check operating conditions.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for making key observations of operations required to effectively develop, improve, troubleshoot, and make changes to the processes and products.&nbsp;</li><li>Record and keep accurate logs on operating conditions.&nbsp;</li><li>Sample process streams for analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with staff, lab tech and Nutritionists on the status of plant operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a team environment with operations and all other departments.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain plant records and generate written reports as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Input data into such programs as Microsoft Excel, Word, and other company provided software programs specifically designed for use in the operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Comply at all times with PTUSA and OSHA safety regulations. &nbsp;</li><li>Keep work areas and plant clean and orderly.&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to take on additional and other responsibilities as assigned and needed to successfully contribute to the development of Pellet Technology USA as a company and growing entity.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for production of safe animal feed and adherence to internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ol><p><strong>Education/<strong id=\"isPasted\">Certification:</strong><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Completion of specialized study or trade preferred <strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Required Knowledge&nbsp;</strong><strong>&amp; Experience:</strong><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Previous or similar experience related to production/ plant experience in ethanol, enzymes, pharmaceutical or other biochemical industry preferred</li><li>Familiar with operations of mechanical equipment common to fermentation pilot and production plants preferred</li><li>Experience in utilizing plant process control systems and Microsoft Office Suite &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION</strong></p><p>Must be able to work a 12 hour night shift. &nbsp;May be exposed to extreme hot and cold temperatures, wet and humid conditions. &nbsp;Must be able to work with chemicals on site. &nbsp;Able to stand and walk for lengths at a time during plant operations. &nbsp;Must be able to speak English and listen clearly. &nbsp; Fine visual acuity to read for accuracy. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL STRENGTH: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></p><p>This job may require lifting of up to 50 pounds frequently.</p><p>#icmcareers1</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p></div></div>\n",
