          "text": "<p>As a&#xa0;<strong>Utility II - Forklift Operator</strong>&#xa0;you will be working in the Retail Outlet Warehouse moving material throughout the Distribution Center,&#xa0; operating bail machines, separating and sorting merchandise and placing it in various holding areas.&#xa0;&#xa0;Utility workers must be able to adhere to work schedules and be flexible to the needs of the business.&#xa0; We are&#xa0; looking for a team player that can comprehend and maintain work standards, maintain cleanliness of the Outlet, backroom, and dock/external areas.&#xa0; &#xa0;Candidates must understand the importance of working together as a team.</p><p><strong>Duties include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Loading and unloading convoy material.</li><li>Separating Salvage material.</li><li>Maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas.</li><li>Assisting drivers with deliveries and vendor pick-ups.</li><li>Possible fill in at the Donation Door as needed.</li><li>Operate a Forklift.</li></ul><p><strong>External Hiring Range:</strong>&#xa0; $13.00/hour</p><p><strong>Retention Bonus:</strong>&#xa0;$500, after successfully completing 6 months of employment.</p>",
