Business Development Manager – Collision / Auto Body/Paint Parts (Individual Contributor) Overview We are seeking a highly driven, self sufficient Business Development Manager to grow our collision and auto body parts segment. This role is focused specifically on paint, body, and collision -related components including bumper assemblies, brackets, panels, and associated collision parts not traditional mechanical categories like brakes or rotors. This is a true individual contributor role designed for a hunter: someone who thrives independently, owns their territory, and builds revenue through direct relationships with collision centers, body shops, and repair networks.
