As a Blowout Specialist, you’ll focus on styling services while maintaining pace, consistency, and connection with guests in a high-energy salon environment. We’re looking for a stylist who is efficient behind the chair, coachable, and excited to contribute to a strong team culture.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Perform signature blowouts and styling services according to brand standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Consult with guests to recommend styles and retail products</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain appointment timing</p></li>\n <li><p>Build guest relationships that drive repeat visits</p></li>\n <li><p>Support team members and contribute to a positive environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstation</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in ongoing education and training</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Active cosmetology license (Ohio required)</p></li>\n <li><p>Blowout and styling experience preferred (training provided)</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong guest communication and service mindset</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</p></li>\n <li><p>Weekend availability</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & perks</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Hourly base ($15) + tips (typically 20% of the service) + retail commission (10% on products sold)</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Complimentary weekly blowouts </p></li>\n <li><p>Product discounts</p></li>\n <li><p>Ongoing education and skill development</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What success looks like in this role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Consistent service timing and strong technical execution</p></li>\n <li><p>Meaningful guest connections and retention</p></li>\n <li><p>Retail recommendations that feel natural and helpful</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to maintain pace during high-volume days</p></li>\n <li><p>Positive contribution to team culture and salon energy</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Legal Disclaimer</h2>©2024 DB Franchise, LLC (“DBF”).
