    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Reporting to the Production Group Leader (Supervisor), the Team Leader will support approximately 5-10 team members on a production work team.  The Team Leader will utilize leader standard work to coach, develop and build capabilities of team members. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assimilate and train new team members within their area/zone. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate safety news, quality findings, human resources updates and line rate/goals to team in daily pre-shift meeting. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure all team members are following safety procedures.  Obtain proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for team members when necessary. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with team members to generate and support ideas for Continuous Improvement.  Keep a mindset of Continuous Improvement in everything you do.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Hold team members accountable for adherence to standardized work and safety guidelines. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Escalate any production issues/systemic problems to Group Leaders. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain shift-to-shift communications with other Team Leaders and Group Leaders. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Update and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and other metrics for area/zone. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience leading others in a work or volunteer capacity. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred.<strong> </strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a genuine people-centric mentality and a heart for servant leadership. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving and troubleshooting ability. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven leadership capabilities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>ID</h2>2026-12272\n<h2>Pos.
