As Property Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of one of our apartment communities—making sure every resident experience is handled with care and every detail of the business runs smoothly.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and driving performance.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the apartment community</li><li>Lead and support the onsite leasing and maintenance team</li><li>Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally</li><li>Monitor leasing activity and occupancy to meet performance goals</li><li>Use Entrata to manage resident records, leasing, and reporting</li><li>Ensure all leasing and operational processes follow Fair Housing regulations</li><li>Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor work, and curb appeal</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation for leases, inspections, and resident communication</li><li>Partner with corporate and ownership teams to achieve financial and operational targets</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Need to Succeed</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience as a Property Manager</li><li>Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws</li><li>Strong leadership and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently</li><li>Experience with Entrata or similar property management software</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Entrata</li><li>Affordable housing experience (a plus, not required)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Bilingual abilities</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Get</strong><br>CAF offers one of the most competitive benefits packages in the industry—because we believe when we take care of you, you can take care of everything else.</p><ul><li>15 Paid Holidays</li><li>PTO based on tenure:</li><li>0–4 years: 15 days</li><li>5–9 years: 20 days</li><li>10–14 years: 25 days</li><li>15+ years: 30 days</li><li>3 Flex Days per year</li><li>Medical, Dental &amp; Vision (employee medical starts at $65/month)</li><li>401(k) with company contributions (after 6 months)</li><li>Paid Parental Leave (10 days)</li><li>30–50% Employee Housing Discount (after 30 days, if applicable)</li><li>Recognition programs, event participation, and a people-first culture</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong><br>This role requires regular movement throughout the property and occasional lifting.
