Develop experiential learning classes for coaches and students.</li>\n<li>Champions innovation, accessibility, and DEI in learning.</li>\n<li>Leads LED Team, train team members, conduct performance feedback, and support team growth initiatives.</li>\n<li>Ensures quality assurance, consistency, and scalability of training deliverables across modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, virtual).</li>\n<li>Collaborates cross-functionally with SMEs, HR, Operations, and Technology teams.</li>\n<li>Uses data to measure learning impact and continuously improves solutions.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education Requirement</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a completed degree or be currently pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: Education, Instructional Design, Nonprofit Management, Psychology, Interdisciplinary Studies, Counseling, Sociology, or human services related fields of study.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creative, dependable, enthusiastic, and must have a go-getter attitude</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills</li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc).</li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n<li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple ongoing projects</li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills</li>\n<li>Commitment to collaborative decision-making and cooperative working relationships with P4L staff and community partners</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Time Commitment:<span> </span></span>9-10 hours a week</p>",
