The position is physically demanding with challenging, inconsistent daily schedules, long hours, and regular overtime. strong custom millwork department, and we are looking to expand. We are willing to train and mentor anyone qualified for the position.</span></em></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px\">Our ideal Driver Candidate:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Experience loading and driving box and stake bed trucks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to routinely lift items of 50 pounds and sometimes items up to 150 pounds</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Valid Class C Drivers License</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Relatively clean DMV record</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, architectural drawings, and sketches</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px\">Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Locate and load all necessary millwork, metal, and upholstery items to be loaded on a truck</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Wrap and secure finished products to avoid any damage during transportation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Read and interpret a set of shop drawings, sketches and handwritten notes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Read through delivery checklist or shipper to ensure all items loaded on truck</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Transporting millwork, metal, and upholstery items over land to and from manufacturing plant to job sites throughout California</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Inspecting Vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Document and log work / rest periods</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px\">Company Core Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Quality and Humility.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px\">Our company motto is Be Awesome, which we work toward everyday thanks to the incredible people on our team.
