    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.14.30/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Lead Registered Behavior Technician - Nashville, TN<br></span></strong><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Pay Range = $19-$20/hour (based on experience)&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain billable schedule of 10-15 direct client service hours.</li><li>Field client and technician call-offs and coordinate coverage for ABA services.</li><li>Cancel appointments and update client attendance in practice management software for ABA services. Communicate cancellations to clinical staff.</li><li>Track attendance for behavior technicians and RBTs.</li><li>Review and confirm lunch coverage for ABA services. Communicate any lunches that cannot be covered to clinicians.</li><li>Ensure coverage for all prearranged client and technician absences for ABA services.</li><li>Provide data to Clinic Site Lead regarding technician and client attendance.</li><li>Update room assignments and report on space capacity for all services to clinical team members.</li><li>Enter and publish behavior technician and RBT schedules for ABA services in advance of each service month. Modify and arrange coverage due to prearranged absences as needed.
