Description

What we look for: You own change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication, and capability-building across major AI programs. You lead change impact assessment, adoption planning, training design, and feedback governance across initiatives. You advise leadership on adoption risks, resistance patterns, and interventions needed to support business uptake. You coordinate closely with program, engineering, and business owners to align change with delivery milestones and value realization. You drive the execution of adoption activities across multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment with overall program goals. You structure and oversee communication, training, and engagement measures across the organisation. You ensure that adoption activities are consistently implemented and aligned across different workstreams. What we require: You hold a degree in Business, Psychology, Communication, or a related field. You have 4–6 years of experience in change management, transformation management, organizational enablement, or large-scale rollout programs. You bring a strong track record of designing and leading adoption workstreams in complex transformation settings. You can work credibly with leadership while staying close to user realities and implementation constraints. You have experience structuring communication, training, and engagement measures with measurable outcomes. You bring strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and execution discipline. You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
