The role combines field service work with close collaboration alongside our elite technical support team and direct access to factory-level resources and training.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a true service position for technicians who enjoy complex problem-solving, hands-on repairs, and working with top-tier VRF technology.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of commercial VRF systems</li><li>Provide service support to installing contractors and direct service customers</li><li>Execute startups, commissioning, and performance verification for new VRF installations alongside our technical support team.</li><li>Maintain and service HVAC equipment in company-owned facilities</li><li>Handle warranty-related service work, repairs, and documentation</li><li>Work closely with internal technical support staff</li><li>Utilize technical documentation, software tools, and diagnostic resources</li><li>Communicate findings clearly to customers, contractors, and internal teams</li><li>Maintain accurate service records and reports</li><li>Travel locally and regionally to customer job sites as required</li></ul>",
