Together, we can. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p>\n<p> Front-end mechanics will repair, maintain, and operate equipment used in producing cups and cans for the production line. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s In It for You:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay.</li>\n <li>Employee benefit options.</li>\n <li>Paid vacation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures proper operation of large industrial equipment such as the cupper, body makers, trimmers, and coil handling equipment.</li>\n <li>Uses hand and power tools such as wrenches, ratchets, various power tools, calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to ensure equipment is running properly and product is within required specifications</li>\n <li>May operate machinery such as lathes, presses, and grinders</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in tear down and reassembly of equipment. While ensuring tolerances within thousands.</li>\n <li>Gathers and assembles parts for repairs or modifications based on blueprints</li>\n <li>Troubleshoots and repairs machines when unexpected issues arise.</li>\n <li>Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.</li>\n <li>Provides advice and recommendations to management concerning front-end process equipment.</li>\n <li>Conducts safety inspections of the equipment and area assigned (front end)</li>\n <li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Thorough and broad understanding of a variety of equipment.</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Thorough understanding of safety practices, guidelines, rules, and laws.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work well within a team environment or on your own.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational school or associate’s degree in a related field preferred.</li>\n <li>At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>At least 2 years of experience in a mechanical role.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Can One USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
