    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>United Community </strong>is seeking a highly skilled <strong>Universal Banker II</strong>.<strong> </strong>As a Universal Banker, you will have the opportunity to deliver excellent experiences to customers and prospects. In addition to assisting with everyday transactions, you will support customers with their financial wellness by having needs-based conversations, identifying appropriate solutions. </p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong><u>NMLS License required</u></strong></li>\n <li>Drive proactive needs-based sales conversations through interactions, including service to sales, teller interactions and appointment setting</li>\n <li>Maintain a comprehensive understanding of retail banking products and services</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to enhance existing customer relationships and cultivate new ones by thoroughly understanding and addressing customers’ needs, while considering their unique perspectives and priorities</li>\n <li>Assist customers financially by delivering loan products, while ensuring packages are correct and complete to minimize exceptions </li>\n <li>Identify opportunities and make referrals cross-sell banking products and services, to other areas of the bank </li>\n <li>Educate customers on options for managing transactions using technology and all other tools and resources available</li>\n <li>Apply product and service knowledge to effectively solve customer problems</li>\n <li>Process deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions with accuracy and confidentiality</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements For Success</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of previous banking and cash handling</li>\n <li>1+ years of lending experience</li>\n <li>NMLS License required</li>\n <li>Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to uncover and provide solutions to meet customer needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Skills/Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current Notary Public Certification preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Conditions of Employment</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check</li>\n <li>This is a full-time, non-remote position</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FLSA Status</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Non-Exempt</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $20.00 - USD $24.54 /Hr.",
