We're a $53M business targeting $100M in 2026 with a $25M raise behind us.</p>\n<p>We need a sharp, detail-obsessed post-production operator based in the Philippines to support our in-house creative team. Not someone who needs constant direction. Not someone who treats a deadline as a suggestion. Someone who can take raw footage and keep the production pipeline moving without being the bottleneck.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What this role actually is</span></p>\n<p>This is the engine room of Neato's post-production workflow.</p>\n<p>The Video Editor and Video Producer own the creative vision and client relationships. You keep the machine running. You handle the logging, assembly, proxies, asset sourcing, and revision queue — so the team above you can stay focused on output quality, not operational overhead. You're available PST 9–5 and you show up ready.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What you'll own</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500\">Footage logging and assembly.</span><span> </span>Ingest, log, and assemble footage with clean organization and seamless integration into the editing workflow.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500\">Proxy prep.</span><span> </span>Prepare proxy files that keep the edit pipeline fast and reviewable at every stage.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500\">Asset sourcing.</span><span> </span>Find and pull music, sound effects, and visual effects references that elevate the final product — without waiting to be handed a brief.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500\">File management.</span><span> </span>Own the organization of the post-production workspace. Clean folder structures, consistent naming, no lost assets.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500\">Client revision queue.</span><span> </span>Address incoming edit requests accurately and on time, coordinating with the Video Editor and Producer on anything that needs escalation.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500\">Team coordination.</span><span> </span>Stay in sync with the Video Editor, Video Producer, and Studio Director — proactive updates, no surprises.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What success looks like (12 months)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post-production pipeline moving faster with less management overhead</li>\n<li>Zero missed revision deadlines from the client queue</li>\n<li>File organization that anyone on the team can navigate without asking</li>\n<li>Video Editor and Producer spending more time on creative, less time on logistics</li>\n<li>Consistently available and responsive during PST hours</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Who thrives here</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of video editing experience, preferably in eCommerce or advertising</li>\n<li>Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite — Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and beyond</li>\n<li>Strong grasp of editing principles, technique, and theory — not just button knowledge</li>\n<li>Fluent in English (US) with clear written and verbal communication</li>\n<li>Comfortable juggling multiple projects under strict deadlines without dropping quality</li>\n<li>Available PST 9 AM–5 PM for real-time collaboration with the in-house team</li>\n</ul>\n<p>An online portfolio is required to apply.
