          "text": "<p>The Inexperienced Ski Instructor will teach skiing to individuals or groups of at the beginning ability levels, including children. The Inexperienced Ski Instructor will utilize a variety of skiing and teaching techniques to meet the guests’ wants and needs while maintaining a safe and fun learning environment. This position reports to the Ski &amp; Snowboard School Supervisor or Manager.</p><p><strong>Job Posting Deadline:&#xa0;</strong>Applications for this position will be accepted on a rolling basis.</p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Teach a variety of lessons, including group and private lessons, to guests of all ages and abilities&#xa0;</li><li>Utilize a variety of skiing and teaching techniques to adapt lessons to the changing needs to the learner&#xa0;</li><li>Provide exceptional guest service while always managing physical and emotional risk &#xa0;</li><li>Work together with teams of instructors to organize and group guests according to individual goals and abilities&#xa0;</li><li>Utilize Pro Card, the Ski &amp; Snowboard School’s internal scheduling platform, to maintain an accurate work schedule&#xa0;</li><li>Demonstrate expertise with poise in the interest of sharing your passion for recreation in the mountains and representing the company with the utmost professionalism</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
