We offer four trainee tracks as a part of our Step4Life program, designed for students and young professionals in higher education and for recent graduates seeking to enter the humanitarian and development sector. The foundation has been in existence since 1958. Grounded on Christian values and with the strong vision “Dignified life – sustainable world” we conduct international development cooperation and humanitarian aid in approximately 20 countries, primarily in Africa and Latin America, but also in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
