The successful candidate will work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary project teams focused on transportation infrastructure and related civil-geotechnical projects. This role involves technical design, analysis, and field work for projects that include slope stabilization, foundations, and earth retention systems. The ideal candidate will have solid field experience, including geotechnical drilling and construction observation, and will be eligible for professional registration within 1 year of hire.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct geotechnical investigations, analyses, and design for transportation-related projects, including slope stabilization, earthworks, foundations, and earth retention systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare technical reports and contribute to proposal development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Complete field logs of boreholes in both soil and rock during subsurface investigations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform field inspections and site visits during construction phases</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Interpret in situ and laboratory test results and instrumentation data</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">5–8 years of relevant industry experience, or 3–6 years with a master’s degree</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the USA within 1 year of hire</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with field investigation techniques such as soil visual-manual descriptions, rock core logging, SPT sampling, CPT soundings, test pits, and geophysical surveys</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Solid understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical design principles, including limit equilibrium analysis, ASD and LRFD foundation analysis, and lateral earth pressure and earth retention</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
