This role is designed to develop leadership skills in both operational functions and employee management. The Lead will continuously review procedures to decrease processing time, increase service levels, and improve operating costs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Position Details</h2>\n<p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p>\n<p>At Duluth Trading Company, we value face-to-face interactions that foster our culture of learning, creativity, and teamwork. The role is based onsite at our <strong>Adairsville facility near Atlanta, GA</strong>. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operational Oversight: Prioritize daily work schedules and collaborate with other departments to reallocate labor based on customer demand and strategic goals.</li>\n <li>Resource Planning: Plan the effective use of equipment and staffing to ensure the department meets its operating budget and service level agreements.</li>\n <li>Supervisory Support: Assist the FC Supervisor with the creation of schedules, department budgets, and operating guidelines.</li>\n <li>Performance Management: Write and administer annual performance reviews and use performance management tools to actively coach and develop employees.</li>\n <li>Workflow Execution: Process inventory and replenish primary locations as needed to maintain high customer service levels.</li>\n <li>Communication: Build strong cross-departmental communication channels with all functional areas of the company</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma\n  <ul>\n   <li><em>Equivalent Work Experience will be considered</em></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Experience in a supervisory or team lead role</li>\n <li>Strong Written and Verbal skills</li>\n <li>Basic computer experience and WMS</li>\n <li>Detail oriented with high level of accuracy</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize</li>\n <li>Exceptional organizational skills</li>\n <li>Forklift certification</li>\n <li>Proven ability to coach and develop employees by producing timely and constructive feedback.</li>\n <li>Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Environmental Factors:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing or walking for up to eight hours a day.</li>\n <li>Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds.</li>\n <li>Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations.</li>\n <li>Moderate warehouse noise level.</li>\n <li>Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds.</li>\n <li>Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments).</li>\n <li>Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees.</li>\n <li>The ability to walk long distances</li>\n <li>The ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the day</li>\n <li>The ability to either stand for long periods of time</li>\n <li>The ability to remain in a stationary position, often sanding for prolonged periods of times</li>\n <li>Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to another</li>\n <li>Adjusting or moving objects over 20 lbs. in all directions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Position Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Our pursuit of a better way isn't just about our products—it's about our people too.
