      "text": "In this role, you will: ",
      "content": "\n<li>Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies&nbsp;</li>\n<li>At three of the operations, new employees start in a haul truck ranging from 180-400 ton capacity</li>\n<li>At the fourth operation, new employees begin in equipment operator roles, primarily operating dozers and graders, as haul trucks at this site are autonomous</li>\n<li>Perform mining related duties such as handling electrical cables, delivering supplies, and assisting with equipment and autonomous haulage support&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Work safely in seasonal outdoor conditions, including rain, fog, snow, winter temperatures, uneven terrain, and exposure to dust, noise, and vibration&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch, operators, and supervisors using two-way radios and onboard computer systems&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Conduct pre and post operational inspections and complete equipment reports&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Safely climb, access and exit equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs</li>\n<li>Complete additional operational tasks as required, which may involve pit utility duties or broader mine operations labour support depending on site assignment</li>\n"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>High School Diploma, General Education Development, or five years related work experience &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Valid class 5 driver’s license, or equivalent, without learner’s restrictions &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to stay on task and focused during long hours and in adverse weather conditions&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to climb ladders/steps (up to ~3 m), sit for extended periods, perform frequent 3-point contact and lift/move up to 50 lbs&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong commitment to safety including personal safety and the safety of co-workers &nbsp;</li>\n\n</div>"
