This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety and quality standards.</span></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong id=\"isPasted\">Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Pump/motor maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Valve maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Variable speed drive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Fan and blower maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Steam Boiler control monitoring.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to fill out monitoring log sheets and charts</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Air compressor and related systems maintenance, and monitoring.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ammonia system monitoring.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Glycol systems operation, maintenance, and monitoring.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Basic skill in troubleshooting and repair.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to learn Pasteurizer and related systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">OSHA Knowledge of safe work practices</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Understanding of liquid flow in process piping through pumps, valves and lines.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong><em>While this list is extensive, it is not comprehensive.
