The</span><span>se</span><span> </span><span>operations </span><span>may include but not limited to</span><span> </span><span>clinic</span><span>al support</span><span>,</span><span> participant personal care, recreational therapies, administrative, nutritional, participant transportation and/or day center</span><span> activities</span><span>, all of which ensure</span><span> t</span><span>he </span><span>efficient and effective </span><span>delivery of </span><span>health care </span><span>and social </span><span>services at the </span><span>AltaMed</span><span> PACE center. </span><span>He</span></span><span><span>/</span></span><span><span>She</span><span> will </span><span>be accountable to support </span><span>t</span><span>he</span><span> </span><span>achieve</span><span>ment</span><span> </span><span>of </span><span>efficient</span><span> </span><span>operati</span><span>ons </span><span>per</span><span> licensing, regulatory standards and </span><span>company policies and procedures. Additionally, </span><span>he/she </span><span>will </span><span>contribute </span><span>administrative skills and abilities </span><span>to the </span><span>staff </span><span>selection and </span><span>retention</span><span> process</span><span>, </span><span>annual budgets</span><span>, process improvement</span><span> </span><span>efforts </span><span>and care</span><span> coordination</span><span> with internal and external resources.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Care Administration or other health care discipline preferred. License required if he/she has clinical degree.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field required.</p></li><li><p>Experience working collaboratively with some and/or all the following disciplines nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and/or gerontology required.</p></li><li><p>Experience in process or quality improvement projects or activities preferred.</p></li><li><p>Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.</p></li><li><p>A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Compensation</b></p><p></p>$68,640.00 - $84,936.18 annually<p></p><p><b><span>Compensation Disclaimer</span></b></p><p></p><p><span>Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
