Our Dealership is committed to delivering exceptional service while supporting employee growth and success.</p><p>Responsibilities:<br>&bull; Assist retail customers, technicians, and Service Department staff with Automotive parts needs<br>&bull; Provide professional customer service in person and over the phone<br>&bull; Research, locate, and order Automotive parts accurately and efficiently<br>&bull; Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment<br>&bull; Pull, package, and prepare parts orders for pickup or delivery<br>&bull; Follow up on back-ordered and special-order Automotive parts<br>&bull; Communicate with vendors, customers, and Dealership staff regarding parts availability and timelines<br>&bull; Process invoices, payments, credits, and repair order billing accurately<br>&bull; Maintain organized records for inventory, invoices, and customer orders<br>&bull; Assist with inventory control and lost sales tracking programs<br>&bull; Participate in manufacturer and Dealership training programs<br>&bull; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Automotive work environment<br>&bull; Support overall Dealership operations and complete additional duties as assigned</p><p>Qualifications:<br>&bull; Previous Automotive parts or Dealership experience preferred<br>&bull; Strong communication and customer service skills<br>&bull; Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities<br>&bull; Ability to work independently and in a team-focused Dealership environment<br>&bull; Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and Dealership software<br>&bull; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching<br>&bull; Valid Driver&rsquo;s License preferred</p><p>Join Williams Auto Group and become part of an Automotive TEAM that values professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction in the Dealership industry.</p><p>#TEAMWilliams #JoinTEAMWilliams #Automotive #Dealership #PartsConsultant #CarSales</p><p><br></p></div></div></div>\n",
