Supporting the Data and Analytics Manager, you will bridge the gap between complex data architecture and business strategy. Your primary focus will be designing, building, and maintaining scalable ETL data pipelines, while your secondary focus will involve gathering requirements, analyzing data, and developing reporting solutions for non-technical stakeholders. This role requires a strong technical engineering background, an analytical mindset, and a collaborative approach to supporting the team's data initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pipeline Development: Design, build, test, and maintain robust and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to process structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from multiple sources.</li>\n<li>Data Integration &amp; Architecture: Apply strong data engineering principles to build data ingestion, wrangling, cleansing, and transformation processes.</li>\n<li>Data Modeling &amp; Quality: Design and maintain efficient data models. Implement rigorous data quality, validation, and cleansing procedures to ensure high reliability for downstream analytics and reporting.</li>\n<li>Automation: Automate data workflows and deployment pipelines (e.g., using CI/CD tools, GitHub Actions, or Airflow).
