This role is ideal for candidates looking to apply vocational, technical, or trade school training in a hands-on setting while gaining practical experience alongside skilled maintenance professionals.</p><p>The position offers the opportunity to develop mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance skills while contributing to safe and efficient plant operations. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in troubleshooting, continuous learning, and long-term career growth in maintenance.</p><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Perform tool changes in accordance with production schedules</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance and monitor equipment condition</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment</li><li>Complete required documentation in compliance with ISO/IATF standards</li><li>Perform general plant and facility maintenance</li><li>Operate equipment such as fork trucks, scissor lifts, and boom lifts (training provided)</li><li>Support training of new hires and maintenance backups</li><li>Adhere to all safety standards within a manufacturing environment</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Vocational, technical, or trade school training (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Basic mechanical and/or electrical aptitude</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule (day/night shifts required)</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing setting</li></ul><h3><strong>Benefits</strong></h3><ul><li>10 paid holidays</li><li>Vacation and paid/unpaid time off (eligible to accrue and use in first year)</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage available on Day 1</li><li>401(k) with company match (2:1 match on first 3%)</li><li>Life and disability insurance</li><li>PPE provided</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Opportunities for pay increases and career advancement</li></ul><p><br></p>",
