    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>As the Trainer - Facility Operations, you will be responsible for establishing structured accountability through the standardization of processes, ensuring consistent and comprehensive training for all operations associates. &nbsp;You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with audits, safety standards and company policies while contributing to the development of processes and procedures. &nbsp;You will report directly to the Director of Operations.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates on-the-job operational training for new and existing employees</li>\n <li>Administers and monitors operations-specific training events; will conduct trainings one on one or with multiple employees at one time &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Utilizes, understands and is proficient with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); ensures all employees are certified and recertified; ensures procedures are observed, implemented, and enforced</li>\n <li>Assists with identifying potential bottlenecks in processes and works with management team to resolve issues in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Reviews key metrics and objectives to ensure employees are completing assigned operational tasks</li>\n <li>Provides recommendations on performance management actions to leadership</li>\n <li>Establishes and monitors performance standards (e.g., Quality and Accuracy) for warehouse functions, including pick, pack, and ship; provides key data to leadership on employees regarding these areas</li>\n <li>Collaborates with employees and management when performing training activities</li>\n <li>Assists with audit compliance, as well as Gemba (lean management process observation) walks</li>\n <li>Responsible for conducting safety inspections and maintaining documentation in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Wesco requirements</li>\n <li>Works with Wesco’s Quality department in developing and documenting warehouse processes</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Degree or Equivalent required</li>\n <li>Associates’ Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) - Business or related field preferred</li>\n <li>4 years of warehouse experience required.</li>\n <li>2 years operational or administrative experience</li>\n <li>1 year experience in a training role.</li>\n <li>1 years required, 2 years preferred delivering training material and communications, formally or informally.</li>\n <li>1 year working with Standard Operating Procedures</li>\n <li>1 year required, 2 years preferred PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel</li>\n <li>Ability to drive a proactive safety culture; exhibits model safety behaviors</li>\n <li>Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to changing situations</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions</li>\n <li>Ability to travel 0% - 25%</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Working Environment: </strong>Warehouse – Work is generally performed in a warehouse environment. The noise level is moderately quiet. Generally well ventilated and well lighted. &nbsp;Warehouse employees may be exposed to all kinds of weather and may be required to wear protective clothing. &nbsp;Operates heavy equipment. &nbsp;Strict safety regulations may be required.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Physical Expectations:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Work may require excessive bending or stooping.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Employee required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Employee required to climb ladders.</li>\n <li>Employee required to use hand tools.</li>\n <li>Employee uses heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
