    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Regional Director of Clinical Survey</strong> is responsible for supporting field operations in achieving and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. This role partners with branches to prepare for and successfully navigate internal and external surveys, including state licensure, federal certification, and accreditation reviews.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The role also leads the development and execution of corrective action plans in response to survey findings, partnering with clinical, operational, compliance, and legal leadership to ensure sustainable resolution and continuous improvement.</p>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support branches in preparation for regulatory surveys, audits, and inspections</li>\n <li>Interpret and apply state and federal regulations to operational practices</li>\n <li>Lead and oversee corrective action plans resulting from survey deficiencies</li>\n <li>Partner with operational, clinical, compliance, and legal teams to mitigate risk</li>\n <li>Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards</li>\n <li>Provide guidance and education to field leadership on survey readiness and compliance expectations</li>\n <li>Analyze data and documentation to identify trends and opportunities for improvement</li>\n <li>Participate in committees, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives</li>\n <li>Promote continuous improvement in policies, procedures, and documentation</li>\n <li>Maintain consistent communication with leadership regarding risks and compliance concerns</li>\n <li>Uphold company core values and ensure adherence to organizational policies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About You</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered Nurse (RN) required</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience</li>\n <li>At least three (3) years in hospice and/or home health industry preferred</li>\n <li>Experience with regulatory surveys, audits, and compliance oversight strongly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Licenses, Certifications and/or Registration:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active, unencumbered RN license (if applicable)</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license</li>\n <li>Automobile liability insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Equipment/Tools/Work-Aids:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Microsoft Excel (intermediate proficiency)</li>\n <li>Microsoft PowerPoint (basic
