Your responsibilities? Posting purchase invoices in accordance with applicable VAT and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) regulations, Verifying accounting documents for formal and accounting accuracy, Posting bank statements and reconciling bank transactions, Reconciling payments and debit card transactions, Reconciling general ledger accounts and investigating discrepancies, Maintaining and updating fixed asset records, Calculating depreciation and recording fixed asset movements, Cooperating with the GL Accountant and Finance Manager during the monthly closing process, Supporting audit processes by preparing data and documentation, Cooperating with external auditors and providing explanations regarding accounting documentation, Cooperating with the Supply Chain and Production departments regarding deliveries and sales transactions to ensure proper accounting and tax reporting, Supporting the finance department in ongoing operational and reporting activities.
