These components represent our strong value alignment, positively impacting patient care, infection prevention, and throughput.</p>\n<h2>The Role</h2>\n<p>As a Restroom Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary restrooms across multiple buildings. You’ll follow a set cleaning schedule and ensure all assigned areas meet quality and safety standards.</p>\n<h2>What You Will Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean and maintain 15–16 restrooms per shift across 3 buildings (including 2–4 All-Gender restrooms).</li>\n <li>Dust and disinfect dispensers, partitions, sinks, countertops, and mirrors.</li>\n <li>Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.</li>\n <li>Mop floors using proper procedures, chemicals, and equipment.</li>\n <li>Clean air vents using extendable dusters (3–8 ft range).</li>\n <li>Pay attention to detail in often-missed areas such as floor drains; follow proper protocols for cleaning and maintenance.</li>\n <li>Report maintenance or lighting issues to your supervisor promptly.</li>\n <li>Follow the cleaning schedule and direction provided by the Servicon Operations Team.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What It Takes To Be Successful</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Time efficient</li>\n <li>Able to stand/walk for the duration of shift</li>\n <li>Cleaning experience a plus</li>\n <li>Must be U.S Citizen</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You Will Love It Here</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>A friendly, respectful, energetic corporate culture that will allow you to thrive</li>\n <li>Work in an environment where you can see the difference you make daily!</li>\n <li>Safe harbor 401(k) with company matching (if applicable)</li>\n <li><p>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</p></li>\n</ul>",
