Description

We are looking for a District Manager who knows how to run a business, not just manage reports. This role is responsible for leading multiple restaurant locations, driving performance, building strong teams, and making sure execution actually happens at the store level. If you have spent time in the field, understand P&Ls, and know how to hold operators accountable while still developing them, this will make sense to you. What You’ll Own Full responsibility for performance across a portfolio of locations Driving sales, profitability, and operational consistency Coaching and developing General Managers and their teams Ensuring brand standards are executed at a high level across all units Identifying gaps in performance and fixing them quickly Managing labor, cost controls, and overall unit economics Supporting new store openings and market expansion What This Role Actually Requires You’ve led multiple locations before and understand what good looks like You know how to read a P&L and take action, not just review it You are comfortable being in the field and not hiding behind reports You can hold people accountable without losing the team You move fast and do not need layers of approval to make decisions You understand that consistency across units is what drives scale What Success Looks Like Strong, stable General Managers running their businesses independently Consistent execution across all locations Improved sales and profitability across the district Lower turnover and stronger bench strength Problems identified and solved before they become bigger issues
