For more than 60 years, Hamilton has been satisfying customer needs by combining quality materials with skilled workmanship, ensuring the highest level of performance of every precision fluid measuring device we manufacture.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Quality Inspector will ensure conformance to specifications for machined parts. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure machined parts meet exact engineering specifications detailed on blueprints and engineering drawings.                                </li>\n <li>Perform First Article, In-Process, and Last Article inspections on parts as needed.</li>\n <li>Document results and findings in accordance with internal standards using approved software and processes. </li>\n <li>Perform as needed inspection/calibration procedures to fulfill Hamilton company needs external to the machine shop. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with operators and internal engineering staff to troubleshoot and resolve problems related to part inspection results.</li>\n <li>Work alongside operations staff to develop and carryout in-process inspections. </li>\n <li>Utilize inspection equipment such as, but not limited to – calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, thread gauges, height gauges, CMM, form tracers, optical comparators, microscopes, etc.</li>\n <li>Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to set standards and expectations. </li>\n <li>Communicate constructively and effectively with all team members on a timely basis. </li>\n <li>Capable of learning and utilizing quality inspection software for data input. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Expert Knowledge of dimensional inspection. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of GD&T principles             </li>\n <li>Ability to read blueprints. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of common inspection techniques and equipment. </li>\n <li>Excellent communications skills.</li>\n <li>Position requires exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.</li>\n <li>Ability to program CMM and other similar inspection equipment desired, but not necessary.</li>\n <li>Polyworks software knowledge highly desired.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education/Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Experience with CNC machining, manual machining, or precision manufacturing/fabrication required.</li>\n <li>Experience reading and understanding engineering drawings and blueprints required. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Hamilton</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Diverse portfolio of exciting and innovative design projects.</li>\n <li>Tremendous opportunities for professional growth.</li>\n <li>Commitment to sustainable design.</li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation.</li>\n <li>Excellent Benefit Package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation time, paid sick time, disability insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement and much more.</li>\n <li>Solid Stable Company.</li>\n <li>Drug free workplace.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>EEO - It is the policy of this organization to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age 40 and over, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, citizenship status, religious preference, or veteran status in all phases of the employment process and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.</p>\n<h2>Mid Salary</h2>",
